Warranty
Your PHOSPHOR brand watch is warranted for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. This warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects.

During the warranty period the digital movement, watch movement and hands are the only components covered under this warranty. These will be repaired or the watch will be replaced (at the sole discretion of PHOSPHOR Service Center) free of repair charges, if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.

A $10.00 USD return shipping and handling fee applies to all warranty (excluding California) and non-warranty service in USA and $35.00 USD return shipping and handling fee applies to warranty and non-warranty service outside the USA.

The warranty does not cover:
  • battery, crystal, strap or bracelet
  • damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear
  • water damage unless marked water-resistant
This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.

If the problem is not covered by warranty (such as a broken lens) or if your warranty has expired, the service and repair charges are as follows:

Within USA
  • $35.00 USD Battery replacement; this includes the return shipping and handling fee
  • $75.00 USD Total charges for repair of all components not covered under warranty; this includes the return shipping and handling fee
Outside USA (return shipping address)
  • $45.00 USD Battery replacement; this includes the return shipping and handling fee
  • $80.00 USD Total charges for repair of all components not covered under warranty; this includes the return shipping and handling fee
Please make check or money order out to ART TECHNOLOGY and include along with your returned watch and contact info (return shipping address, phone number and email address), or indicate you would like to pay by PAYPAL or credit card and include your email address so we can send you a PAYPAL invoice once your returned watch is received.

Return Policy
Refunds
Refunds will be credited first to the original purchasing credit card account number.

14-Day Return Period
Fourteen days from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available.

We will do our best to process your return quickly. Please allow 14 days processing time.

  • Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.
  • Please provide tracking number on your order to: support@phosphorwatches.com
  • We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees if the product was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped.
  • If the product was not damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, you are responsible for all shipping charges.
  • Please do not return items COD. Any charges incurred by Art Technology for COD shipments will be subtracted from the amount of the returned item. You will be returned the difference. If the COD cost exceeds the value of the returned product, the credit card used for the original purchase will be charged for the remaining balance.
